If you have regular Yahoo! email (yourname@yahoo.co.uk), this means you already have a Yahoo! ID as well as your BT Yahoo! username (yourname@btinternet.com or @btopenworld.com).

To access your regular Yahoo! webmail, you'll need to sign in again as a different user.

If you are using the BT Yahoo! Browser, you must go to the Sign In menu in the BT Yahoo Browser menu bar, where you'll find an option to sign in again as a different user. Just select Change User from the options in the Sign In menu.

If you are not using the BT Yahoo! Browser, e.g. you are using Internet Explorer, you can click on "Sign Out" near the top of the BT Yahoo! homepage and you will be presented with a sign-in page.

You may then access your Yahoo! webmail in the normal way, by going to www.yahoo.com or www.yahoo.co.uk and signing in with your Yahoo! ID. If you're using the BT Yahoo! Browser, you can also sign in with your Yahoo! ID via the BT Yahoo! Welcome Screen (the "User Chooser") by selecting "Other user".

Once you've finished accessing your Yahoo! webmail, you can sign in to BT Yahoo! again at any time - just visit the BT Yahoo! homepage and you'll be given an opportunity to enter your BT Yahoo! username and password.
